Business Development Manager, Oxford International

We are looking for a commercially focused person with a medical communications or pharmaceutical background to:

• Drive the growth of the company through new business development, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.

• Generate new clients and expand the opportunities available to secure profitable business and grow long term relationships.

• As part of the senior management team ensure the ongoing development of our capabilities, competitiveness, efficiency and KPIs.

• Oversee all new proposals and pitch development including procurement driven RFPs, and provide strategic input on projects to meet clients specific business needs.
